okay, so why we havent been the best at bloggin is because this is our typical day and has been for the past 2 and a half weeks...
wake up 8, go to the house for a couple hours, do our normal jobs, come back to the house around 5 and stay till midnight or so... so far we've tore off the wall paper, tore off the carpet, scraped off the "popcorn" ceilings, tore up the baseboard, textured the walls, textured the ceilings, primered & painted the walls and the ceilings, and now currently we are sanding the "hell", yes the "hell" out of the floors tonight we finally got it all cleaned and ready to stain and that is what we are doin for the moment. We were supposed to be moved in the 1st of november... looks like it will be a little longer... figured i'd give the up-date.
Rule #1 DONT LET YOUR WIFE HELP YOU RESTORE WOOD FLOORS
Rule #2 DONT LET YOUR WIFE SAND THE EDGES
Rule #3 DONT STAIN OVER WHAT YOUR WIFE HAS SANDED
This is what i have been "helping" out with... that and picture taking, and food & errand running. HaHa (what are wives for?) Ryan totally deserves all the credit of what this house is becoming... (except for the small portion of boo helping him stain the floors)
